The Echo Method™ Explained: Acquire, Convert, Automate, Scale

What Is The Echo Method™?

The Echo Method™ is the four-phase infrastructure framework that underpins every client engagement at EchoMedia. It's not a campaign strategy. It's not a channel playbook. It's a systematic approach to building customer acquisition infrastructure that compounds over time.

The four phases are: Acquire, Convert, Automate, and Scale.

Each phase is sequential - and the order matters. Most businesses try to scale before they've automated, automate before they've converted, and convert before they've built reliable acquisition. The result is a leaky system that demands constant manual attention and never compounds.

Phase 1: Acquire

Acquisition is the top of the system - the mechanism that generates qualified attention for your business. At EchoMedia, we engineer acquisition systems rather than run campaigns.

The difference: a campaign has an end date. A system gets better over time. Our acquisition work includes:

  • Multi-channel paid acquisition (Google, Meta, native)
  • Organic and content acquisition strategies
  • SEO foundations for long-term compounding
  • Audience research and targeting architecture

Before we spend a single pound on traffic, we ensure the infrastructure downstream is ready to receive it.

Phase 2: Convert

Conversion infrastructure is where most of the leverage lives. Traffic without conversion is expensive. Traffic with excellent conversion is scalable.

Our conversion work includes:

  • Perspective-powered mobile-first funnel builds
  • Landing page architecture and copy
  • Lead capture system design
  • CRO and split testing frameworks

We use Perspective as our primary funnel infrastructure because mobile-first funnels convert at a structurally higher rate than traditional landing pages.

Phase 3: Automate

Automation is what turns a working acquisition and conversion system into a machine. Without automation, every lead requires manual follow-up. With it, every lead enters a sequence that nurtures, qualifies, and converts - automatically.

Our automation work includes:

  • CRM implementation and pipeline architecture
  • Email automation sequences
  • SMS workflows
  • Appointment booking systems
  • Lead scoring and routing

The CRM is the backbone of the automation layer. Without a properly implemented CRM, none of the automation work sticks.

Phase 4: Scale

Scaling is the final phase - and it's only available once the first three phases are working. Scaling a broken system just means spending more money on something that doesn't work. Scaling a working system is where the compounding begins.

Our scaling work includes:

  • Budget and volume expansion across proven channels
  • New channel introduction
  • Geographic and market expansion
  • Ongoing CRO and system optimisation
  • Quarterly strategic reviews

Why The Order Matters

The Echo Method™ is sequential for a reason. You can't reliably scale what you haven't automated. You can't automate what you haven't converted. And you can't convert what you haven't acquired.

Most businesses try to shortcut this - they want to go straight to Scale without building the layers below it. The result is always the same: high spend, inconsistent results, and a system that requires constant manual intervention.

The Echo Method™ is designed to build from the ground up - so that by the time you're scaling, you have a system that actually earns more the more you spend.
